As part of the effort to divert traffic traveling on WY 22 and US 89 through the Y Intersection, the ITP proposes to build another new road in the middle of South Park called the East-West Connector.
A Teton County engineering budget shows 2.15 million dollars (FY 2018/2019) for design and acquisition of a right-of-way from private land owners for this proposed road.
